Randy R. Ridley is a sales and general management executive with over 30 years of experience in helping government customers find technology solutions to allow them to improve operations and efficiency. Focused on enterprise technology solutions for the Public Sector, Randy has produced sales and gained new, first-time customers across the Federal and State and Local marketplaces for multiple companies. He has recruited and built effective and successful sales teams from scratch.
Randy has extensive executive-level experience; he held the position of Sales VP for four different companies before joining InQuisient. He has led negotiations for Venture Capital funding, and facilitated and closed large six-figure enterprise transactions across the entire Federal Sector (DoD; Civilian; Intelligence). In the commercial sector, he has had marquee customers such as NASCAR and Disney. He has managed multi-disciplinary teams that have included outside and inside sales, systems engineers, professional services, product managers, lobbying firms, distributors, and VARs.
Recognized as an industry expert, Randy has been interviewed extensively by national and government-focused press. He was featured on the cover of Federal Computer Week and in Washington Business Journal. He is well-published and has authored articles in the Op-Ed pages of the Washington Post and Defense News, as well as many technology publications.
